Spring Update

We wanted to share an update on the latest and greatest happenings at JJPM.
Please welcome our new Maintenance Coordinator, Angela 👐 Angela brings extensive knowledge and experience to our Maintenance Department along with years of managing people, repairs, and maintenance projects. We are looking forward to overhauling this department and taking it to the next level! If you have suggestions let us know, we would love to hear it!  

Celebrating 20 Years in business! 🎗️
20 years ago (almost 21 years ago) J. Johnson Property Management started out as Jordan Johnson Property Management with Jennifer Johnson👵 working for the business as the only employee! Since that time Jennifer bought out her business partner & took sole ownership in 2018 & changed the name to J. Johnson Property Management but still referenced as JJPM. Currently, JJPM has eight dedicated employees. The growth has been amazing! Thank you for many great years, we are looking forward to the next 20 years!

Did you know you have a property manager? 🏠  
We have found that some owners have emailed our service department with general questions about their statement. This can make for a super slow response as they get filtered out. For safety reasons, our service department does not have access to accounting and generally can only answer questions pertaining to service or repairs at your property. Your dedicated Property Manager is responsible for your property and can assist with all things. If you need to know who your property manager is and how to contact them, simply reply to this email and we can help. For example, if you have worked with Munish, chances are your property manager is Dora. If you’ve been with JJPM for many years, chances are it’s Des! We are happy to assist-
Owner Appreciation Day coming this summer!🥇 We thought it would be a great opportunity to have an open house & Owner Appreciation Day so everyone JJPM can meet you and you can meet everyone JJPM. Keep an eye out for the date soon!

Phone Hours and Office Hours ☎️
Our office hours are Monday thru Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm & phones are off from 12:30-1:00 for lunch. Our office is closed to the public on weekends while we are out showing vacant rentals.

We are always on the lookout for top notch vendors! If you have a licensed trade vendor you would like to refer, let us know and we will reach out or they can email our service department.
