Johnson Property Management & Homestead Real Estate Services. Inc. , a trusted and respected property management and real estate firm. Known for a commitment to excellence built on high standards & integrity Jennifer has a reputation for delivering personalized, professional services to clients. Having started in the industry over two decades ago, Jennifer's primary focus is Property Management & managing the day to day operations of the office and all team members.  Its important JJPM (J. Johnson Property Management)  remain dedicated to meeting the needs of their clients with integrity and care. Outside of work Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family which includes her husband Marc, dog Nacho & cat Paloma. Boating, hiking & CrossFit are also favorites!

Rae is a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Coordinator who plays an essential role in maintaining the financial accuracy and compliance of property operations. She carefully reviews and verifies that maintenance work has been completed accurately before invoices are approved for payment, ensuring vendors are paid correctly and services have been accurately completed.

In addition to managing accounts payable, Rae oversees the processing of security deposits, ensuring all documentation is accurate and that legal requirements and company policies are followed throughout the process. Her attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to compliance help protect both property owners and residents.

Known for her reliability and efficiency, Rae works closely with all teams to support smooth day-to-day operations.

Lisa came to JJPM with over 10 years of experience in property management & managing day operations. Lisa, our Office Manager has a proven track record of supporting seamless office operations and ensuring the success of both team members and clients. Skilled in organizing workflows, managing communications, and maintaining accurate records, she plays an important role in ensuring the efficiency and professionalism of the office.

Lisa's attention to customer service and her ability to handle multiple priorities is a true gift to JJPM as she is committed to fostering a positive experience for tenants, property owners, and team members! Her dedication to excellence and customer service has consistently contributed to the success of the company and to Jennifer Johnson.

Desirae joined JJPM in July 2015, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in property manager & customer service. Her background spans from sales to managing high-performing call centers and excelling in the property management industry. Known for her hard work and persistence, Des  continues to build a strong foundation rooted  on reliability and client care. Her commitment to building meaningful relationships with every client she encounters sets her apart. Des is a well-recognized presence in the Central Valley, going above and beyond her role to redefine what exceptional service looks like. Throughout her career, Des takes pride in creating a pleasant, informative, and stress-free experience for everyone she serves. 

Outside of work, Des is a mother of four and her family is at the heart of everything she does. She enjoys music, dancing, and going on bike rides with her kids. A loyal Oakland Raiders fan, she never misses a chance to attend a game during the season.

Dora brings over 8 years experience in residential property management and specializes in delivering exceptional service to both property owners and tenants.  A license REALTOR, Dora's expertise includes overseeing all aspects of property operations, from tenant relations and lease administration to investor management. 

She is passionate about creating thriving communities and maintaining properties that residents are proud to call home. Her dedication to operational excellence and personalized service ensures long-term success for property owners and positive living experiences for tenants. She has a strong background in Real Estate and helped run her husband’s Real Estate Appraising business for the last 20 years. In her personal time, you can find her in the kitchen cooking and baking sourdough. She loves to travel, go on adventures with her family and cheering her kids in basketball and martial arts.

As the Maintenance Coordinator for J. Johnson Property Management, Veronica serves as the key link between residents, vendors, and property teams to ensure maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. With a strong focus on organization, communication, and follow-through Veronica coordinates service schedules, dispatch work orders, and track repairs from start to finish. Known for problem-solving under pressure and keeping operations running smoothly, Veronica helps maintain safe, well-cared-for properties while delivering a positive experience for residents and owners alike.

Veronica brings a fun & an enduring touch to the office and the position. In her spare time, Veronica enjoys hiking, being involved in the community both professionally and personally

Judy is a dedicated and detail-oriented Maintenance Coordinator with a strong commitment to keeping properties operating efficiently and residents satisfied. Judy specializes in coordinating maintenance requests, scheduling vendors, tracking work orders, and ensuring repairs are completed promptly and to a high standard.

Known for her exceptional organizational skills and responsive communication, Judy works closely with property managers, residents, contractors & owners to deliver seamless maintenance solutions. Judy takes pride in building positive relationships, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining safe, well-maintained properties. With a proactive approach and a focus on customer service, Judy is committed to creating a positive experience for both residents and property owners while supporting the overall success of every property she serves.
