Tenants can submit requests online or by phone. We follow up to diagnose the issue and, when warranted, dispatch a service technician. Urgent issues like no heat, hot water, or AC are prioritized and usually addressed within one business day. -
Who is responsible for repairs and maintenance costs?
Routine repairs are handled by us, but damage or maintenance needs caused by tenant negligence are the tenant’s responsibility. -
What happens in a maintenance emergency?
Call us immediately. If it's life-threatening, dial 911. Comfort-related issues like lack of heat or hot water are addressed within 24 hours. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Yes, we have emergency contacts available after hours. Routine inquiries will be handled during normal business hours.
