Our Vendor Standards
We hold our vendor partners to a high standard because the quality of their work directly reflects on our company, our property owners, and the residents we serve. We expect every vendor to provide quality workmanship, professional communication, reliable service, timely completion, and fair and transparent pricing. Additionally, we inspect and punch list all billed work before issuing payment.
Our expectations are clear, and we take our vendor relationships seriously. We have a no-nonsense approach to vendor performance. Vendors who consistently fail to meet our standards, do not communicate effectively, provide substandard workmanship, or fail to follow our policies and requirements will be removed from our approved vendor network.
We value long-term relationships with vendors who consistently deliver exceptional service. However, continued work is earned through continued performance, and we will not compromise the standards we have established for the properties and residents we serve.

All vendor applications are subject to review and approval. Submitting a Vendor Packet does not guarantee approval or future work assignments.
